Job Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research for products and services development, including design, testing, and roll-out.
Marketing and Communication: Participate in defining marketing and communication plans related to products and services.
Management Controls: Assist the Head of Business in designing and implementing necessary management controls.
Product Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze product performance to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and bank policies regarding product development.
Process Definition and Review: Define or review product and service-related processes, procedures, guides, and training materials.
Training: Conduct training sessions for staff members on product-related topics.
